The General Exercise/Fitness Thread
Thread for all general chat related to exercise and fitness.

Just finished a boxing/heavy bag workout there with a little bit of body weight conditioning exercises at the end(burpees etc).
Having a treat post-workout after the gym:

Mostly a rest day today, although have done a little kickboxing/muay thai/bag session earlier as always.

Just drinking a green smoothie with kale, apple, cucumber and ginger root at the moment, whilst waiting on dinner cooking.
