Nakd Cocoa Mandarin Posh Bits Review

Nakd Cocoa Mandarin Posh Bits Review

This week’s health food product review and here we have the Cocoa Mandarin Posh Bits from Nakd.

Massive fan of Nakd’s excellent range of health food bars and have been enjoying their products for many years now.

Nākd bars and snacks are a great way to eat nutritious, healthy food without compromising on taste.

Made from natural ingredients such as fruits and nuts, with no added sugar or any hidden preservatives.  Nakd’s products are also wheat and dairy free.

Posh bits come in three flavours including cocoa mandarin, cocoa sea salt and cocoa raspberry.

Today I will be reviewing the cocoa mandarin flavour posh bits on the blog.

The Natural Health Blogger’s Review

Very tasty, guilt-free healthy snack would be my words to describe Nakd’s latest invention in their Posh Bits range.

The posh bits are very moreish and just melt in your mouth, with an indulgent chocolate taste and hints of mandarin.

As with all of Nakd’s product range, the ingredients are based around healthy foods such as dates and nuts such as cashews.

Studies have found frequent nut consumption as part of an otherwise healthy diet to significantly reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and incident diabetes.  Healthy snacks such as Nakd can be an easy, tasty way to get nuts into the diet and to replace unhealthier snacks filled with refined sugars and other unhealthy ingredients.

Another great bonus as with many of Nakd’s products is that the Posh Bits also contribute to 1 of your 5 daily portions of fruit and vegetables.  35g = 1 of 5 a day.

I would definitely recommend our readers if you like healthy chocolate treats to check out Nakd’s Posh Bits range.
